I have a porch cat (she came with the house I purchased) who refuses to transition to an indoor cat. She had to have a major surgery and the requirement for recovery was two weeks indoors with limited mobility. I thought, what better than a "cat tent?" So I ordered this.
I read all the reviews on all of these and decided on this one from reviews and cost too. I ordered it yesterday got it today Sunday [Prime delivery] I was surprised how big it was as was a small,I have 2 playful puppies , one 6 pounds another 8 pounds, And I was afraid they would demolish it in no time but I was desperate they hate there crates and there so uncomfortable for them. Well I put both in here w a queen size blanket, water bowl and 4 toys.they had plenty of room and after got use to it seemed to enjoy it. They wrestle tumble but did not turn it over although thought would , My husband said would tear netting or get nails hung, On pawed at it but did not tear it or hang his nails. They love seeing out and all the room they now have ,Its truly a play pen for them and there mother loves it too.Its a God send for me . They use to cry wanting out of the crate , this they really enjoy and all my fears are put to rest,Its sturdy, easy to set up
I was temporarily fostering some kittens for a couple weeks until a shelter would take them, and I don't have a great space for fostering. My cats would not have tolerated the kittens in the house and I don't have a separate room to lock them in, so the kittens had to stay in the garage. This pen gave the kittens just enough space to run around along with their cat litter and some small food/water dishes, while fitting in my cramped garage and keeping them safe.
